1. Services
CH Careers provides career coaching services, including:
CV and cover letter review
Interview preparation and mock interviews
Job application strategy
Services are delivered via online sessions and/or written feedback.
Services are generally delivered with a single role focus, with guidance intended to be transferable to similar roles.
2. Scope of Services
You acknowledge that:
Services are coaching and advisory only
We do not provide full CV or cover letter writing services
We do not act as a recruitment, placement, or hiring agency
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee:
Job interviews
Job offers
Specific career outcomes
Results depend on factors outside our control, including:
Market conditions
Client experience and background
Application quality and execution
Any references to outcomes or results are illustrative only and do not constitute guarantees.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Actively participate in sessions
Implement advice independently
You acknowledge that outcomes depend significantly on your own effort and execution.
5. Fees and Payment
Prices are listed in AUD. Payment is required prior to the commencement of coaching services unless otherwise agreed. Clients will be issued with an invoice containing payment instructions. Payment may be made via bank transfer or other payment methods offered by CH Careers.
Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of services.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Expiry
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited
If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be treated as a no-show
Session Packs:
Must be used within 6 months of purchase
Expired sessions will not be refunded or extended
7. Refund Policy
No refunds are provided once a session has been delivered
For single sessions:
Refunds are not available after the session has taken place
For session packages:
Refunds are not provided once the first session has been used
Unused sessions are non-refundable but may be used within the stated expiry period
Refunds will be provided where required under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided (including templates, frameworks, examples, and guidance) remain the intellectual property of CH Careers.
You may:

You may not:
Share, reproduce, distribute, or resell materials
Use materials for commercial purposes
9. No Reliance
You acknowledge that:

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions
